Four police personnel injured
Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbag Singh said that all the terrorists killed were related to Jaish-e-Mohammed. The bodies of three of the four slain terrorists have been recovered. The body of the fourth terrorist is being searched. DGP Dilbag Singh said that some policemen have also suffered minor injuries in this encounter. Jammu SSP Sridhar Patil is also marginally injured.

It is believed that 3-4 terrorists were trying to go to Kashmir via trucks through the Jammu-Srinagar highway. The highway is closed. A huge amount of ammunition has been recovered from the terrorists’ truck.
Earlier, on November 6, 2020, there was an encounter between militants and security forces in the Mej Pampore area of Pulwama district of South Kashmir. The encounter lasted till morning the next day. A terrorist has been killed in this encounter. At the same time, one was also forced to surrender.
